A little while ago, a DM slid into my inbox with a recipe request. Please please can you make a Pavlova Rocky Road it said. My first thought was, why didn't I think of that? And the second was, hell yeah!

So here she is! My easy, no bake Pavlova Rocky Road as requested by you. It literally takes one of the best desserts on the planet (pavlova) and transforms it into a irresistible slice.

There's no mixer needed, so it's perfect for last-minute entertaining these holidays. Filled with crunchy meringue, tart cherries and chewy marshmallows, you're going to LOVE this one.

On the subject of easy treats for Christmas, I've got another one for you.
M&M Brownie Bark. Or Brownie Brittle.

We've taken all the magic of a gooey brownie and made it into a flat, chewy, ready-to-be-decorated treat. It's crisp on the edges and chewy in the middle.

It's also a no-mixer recipe and you can really decorate it any way you like. We drizzled it with melted chocolate and decorated it with M&M's.

Isn't she pretty? Another fabulous one to do with this kids this weekend.
