Hello, hello!

What an exciting time at SM this week with the countdown to my official cookbook launch only one month away!

I also made my Lemon Pound Cake this week and remembered what an amazing recipe it is! That drippy glaze and dense but soft texture is mouthwateringly good.

I photographed my new recipe for Cheese Scones (coming soon!) and made my Lemon Blueberry Cookies (exclusively in my new cookbook) too.

But perhaps, most exciting of all, I pressed publish on my first YouTube video. And I'm so excited to bake alongside you in my kitchen.

I kicked things off with my Jam Drops, but I'd love if you could tell me what recipe we should bake together next!
