Me And My Apple Cake Went On TV + It's Launch Week ❤️

It's publication week 📕

And just like that, after first meeting with my publisher 18 months ago, signing a contract 14 months ago and handing in a manuscript 6 months ago, my debut cookbook is officially out in the world.

​Something Sweet has hit bookstores and major retailers all across Australia today and I couldn't be prouder.

You might have seen on Instagram, I had the privilege of flying to Sydney this week and signing hundreds of copies of my book for Booktopia (order through them if you want a signed copy 🥹).

And then I had my very first TV appearance on The Morning Show on channel 7. I was so nervous and excited for it! Thankfully the whole team put me at ease, especially Larry with his jokes!

I made my famous Apple Cake (of course) and showed them just how easy it is. I told them it is my most popular recipe on the blog (every year) and how you all voted for it to go in my new book (find it on page 81).

But the best part of it all for me? The last two days I have received SO many messages and gorgeous photos from you (my lovely readers) showing me my book in YOUR kitchens.

I'm honestly blown away. I can't wait to see what you bake. Thank you again for your love and support ❤️
